Midea America - Won't respond to warranty complaint.
Midea America dehumidifier castor broke through the plastic bottom. Called number for warranty issues. Spoke numerous times to same person, unable to comprehend what was broken. Kept saying castor broken. They sent new castor, first telling me it would cost $22.90!
I asked to speak to the Supervisor. He said problem would be taken care of. States need to talk to production manager. Now six to eight weeks for part.
Get the runaround when I call. My calls are no longer taken. Told busy on important calls. Will call me. I never receive return calls. No further word back.
Monetary Loss: $238.
